As a Face-to-Face Marketing Representative, you’ll be trained extensively in persuasion and coached to engage with potential customers. MaxHome will teach you our solutions-based marketing approach and offer the support you need to thrive within our consultative marketing program.

• Uncapped earning potential: guaranteed hourly base pay rate ($16.00 hourly), plus performance bonuses; on average, our Marketing Representatives earn $28.00 to $38.00+ per hour or $60,000.00 to 80,000.00+ annually.

What You'll Do: 

• You will work face-to-face with customers explaining our products and services to them, with the end goal of persuading them to schedule a free in-home consultation with our design team
• We have exclusive relationships with the nation’s largest big-box retailers, where you will be actively engaging customers on the sales floor
• In addition to our retail locations, our marketing team also has the opportunity to work our booths at community events, festivals, and home shows
• Each day, you will initiate conversations with new customers, discuss the needs for their potential home remodeling projects, and explain the benefits of our products and services
• Your professional development will be our priority; we will provide you with continuous training and development to ensure that you meet and exceed your goals, maximizing your earning potential
• MaxHome will compensate you based on performance, so you'll have the opportunity to make uncapped income based on your contributions to the team

What You’ll Bring:  

• Our Marketing Representatives will work face-to-face with customers, so an outgoing personality is essential.  Do you enjoy engaging with customers continuously throughout the day?
• Ability to speak with potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.  You’ll face disinterest, objections, and rejections regularly throughout the day
• Self-motivation, direction, and ambition: this role will provide you with the opportunity to drive your earnings (uncapped)
• A flexible weekday schedule and weekend availability are required.  Events, festivals, and shows often require our Reps to work within a shifting schedule.  This will also allow you to enjoy the convenience and flexibility of time off during the week
• Part-time schedules are available!  We encourage you to apply and discuss our part-time opportunities with us
• Road ready: you must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to retail locations, events, and shows
