Overview

Renuity is seeking a full-time Field Recruiter to be responsible for full cycle, high-volume recruitment for all operating companies within the Renuity umbrella. As part of Renuity’s team, you will play a critical role in attracting talent for our growing companies! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an ever-growing company and have a direct impact growing our workforces. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and execution of our hiring campaigns. We currently service our network of companies throughout the eastern, midwest, and southern United States.

Responsibilities

  • Source and Screen qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers within lines of business and educate them on the recruitment process.
  • Work with TA management and regional management to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including, but not limited to sourcing, resume review, prescreening, qualifying top candidates, submitting candidates for review, sending official offers, etc.
  • Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview teams, consult with hiring managers to determine selection process and next steps
  • Ensure all candidates are communicated with regardless of their status to ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience.
  • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and maintain a fluid talent pipeline.

Qualifications

 

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and error-free documents, emails, and reports
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software (experience with Ashby and ADP is a plus).
